About Kayla

Kayla is a very kind person and excellent with children. I would highly recommend her as an educator of young children. We hired Kayla as a house manager and nanny. At the time we hired her we were very clear that house manager was a big part of the job as our kids are all in full day school. Although as a nanny, she is highly qualified and an excellent find, she is not a house manager. We have a cleaning service that comes twice weekly for deep cleaning. We asked that she help with laundry, dishes and basic light housekeeping. She showed only a token effort. Kayla was often late for five or more minutes. On her second day she was 18 minutes late. Kayla is good natured, very trustworthy and kind towards children. Her background in education is a real asset. In a role doing exclusively childcare with one or two preschool or elementary school age children she would do an excellent job caring for and educating them. I would not have any expectation for her to impress in other duties in the home.
