I cannot say enough about the exceptional care provided by Ms. Kayla , she’s truly a remarkable CNA who cared for both my mother and father as they battled dementia and Alzheimer’s. Her compassion, patience, and professionalism went far beyond what we ever could have hoped for. She treated my parents with the utmost dignity and respect, always ensuring they were comfortable, safe, and cared for as if they were her own family. She had an incredible ability to connect with them, bringing calm, reassurance, and even joy during very difficult times that I’ll never forget. Her attentiveness and knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer’s care made all the difference, as she was able to anticipate their needs and handle challenging situations with grace. Beyond her skill, what sets her apart is her heart. She became a true support not only for my parents but for our entire family. We always knew they were in the very best hands, which gave us peace of mind and comfort throughout this journey. Our family is forever grateful for her dedication and kindness especially when we needed it the most. She even came and paid her respects to my parents when they sadly and unfortunately passed due to Covid. Kayla is by far more than just a caregiver—she is a blessing, and anyone would be fortunate to have her care for their loved ones.
