Hello there! My name is Kayla and I have been babysitting since I was about 12 years old. I have a cousin who is special needs that I was around growing up. When I was old enough to get a full time job I kept it as a side gig and still helped family and friends and others on this site whenever I could. I have cared for children from the ages of infant into the teen years. I am CPR, AED and first aide certified. I have worked 3 Nanny/House Manager jobs for my most recent job history over the last couple years. I am also currently taking the coursework to get certified as a Registered Behavior Technician to do ABA therapy with children who have developmental challenges. Exceptional Nanny! Kayla has been an absolute godsend for our family of three energetic boys when we recently moved and we did not have summer camps or daycare lined up consistently until school started. From the moment she arrived, she had the boys engaged in creative outdoor activities. Not only did she keep the kids entertained, but she also took wonderful care of our dog. I returned home to find happy, kids and dog who had clearly enjoyed some extra attention. Perhaps most impressively, I walked into a clean home. She managed to maintain order and cleanliness. Her ability to balance fun, education, and household management is truly notable. The boys adore her, and it's easy to see why. She's patient, kind, and full of creative ideas to keep them engaged. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a capable and caring nanny. She has become an invaluable part of our family routine.
