Kayla was good with my 2 children but very unreliable. She was good for about a month then called out every other week. In a 3 month period, she called out 6 times. I would not recommend that anyone hire her for long term, maybe just a date night or random days. She also did not give any notice. Luckily, we sensed she was on her way out and had another sitter on the back burner.
