About Kayla

Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With five years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in helping elementary students master Math and English. I believe every student possesses unique strengths, and I cultivate an engaging, patient environment to help those strengths shine. By utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and interactive discussions, I tailor my approach to fit your child's specific learning style. I prioritize open communication with parents to ensure we are always aligned on the best path forward. Whether we are tackling complex problems or celebrating small academic victories, I love watching a student's confidence grow as they master new skills. I am happy to meet at your home, the library, or online to help your child succeed. I truly look forward to being a part of your student's educational journey.
