I was a teacher's aid during my senior year in high school. I have also tutored my siblings whenever they needed help. I am especially qualified to help your child because I have a great academic turnaround story. I barely got through middle school. A mix of adhd and my own lack of discipline led me to receive poor grades. In tenth grade, I stated self-implementing strategies like a planner and nightly studying. And ended up receiving honor role multiple times, graduating with Honours in four subjects. I received both a character and a subject award at my graduation. Although I was intrinsically motivated, I was shaped by my family and teachers who helped me become better. I can help your child in that way too. My struggles make me a good teacher.
