About Kayla

I am respite certified, have extensive experience with both special needs and neurotypical children. I have worked at summer camps with children ranging from aged 6 to 16. I also have four years of babysitting experience. I enjoy fostering a fun and engaging environment through outdoor sports, board games, artwork and educational activities. I was a teacher's aid for a school year, so I am experienced at helping kids with schoolwork. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while remaining friendly, patient, and helpful. I communicate with parents, following their preferred method of communication. I have some college education and hold current First Aid and CPR Training certifications. I'm happy to assist with cooking, as well as carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I'm excited about the opportunity to bring my creative energy and caring nature to your family and help your children grow!
