I am a former educator, elementary school principal, nanny, mommy, & nana looking to work with a remarkable family with complex needs. I am a reader, an artist, an animal lover, & all things sparkly! As a former nanny, I have extensive experience with children of all ages & abilities. I am mom to 2 grown daughters & bonus mom (foster mother for 9 years) to 2 brilliant 18 yr old sons. I am Nana to a 5 yr old who was the reason for my career change & my renewed interest in backyard hockey & new understanding of monster trucks. I believe that every child needs to be held, rocked, & read to (extensively, some might say). I believe every child should have the opportunity to chase butterflies & bubbles, & get their hands dirty with paint, sparkles, & dirt from planting flowers in their yard.
