About Kaydian

I'd describe my personality as jovial, respectful and diligent. I like tutoring because it gives me the opportunity to provide personalize instruction for my students. That is, tutoring allows me to identify and address areas of weakness and strength with intentionality for my students. I'm looking for a job that is consistent and/or reliable. That is, the subscriber must be serious about the job and committed to at least a year's worth of partnership. I started tutoring about 4 years ago in an After- school program offered by my school district. In my spare time, I like to engage with my family and friends. We talk, exercise, watch movies and take short trips to nearby communities. One thing you should know about me is that I really do love the subject area, English Language Arts, since I was a child. ELA is not just a subject that I teach! In fact, growing up I wanted to be a radio or television personality. My skills include assessing, planning and executing the lessons.
