As a nurturing caregiver with two years of experience and my current job as a preschool teachers assistant at redeemer Lutheran Church, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My love for children stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of positively impacting young lives. Patient, calm, creative, and friendly, I strive to create a safe and engaging environment for children to thrive. Open communication with parents is essential, so I provide regular updates and follow their preferred communication method. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and harmonious environment. From outdoor games and physical activities to board games and educational play, I enjoy a variety of games that cater to children's interests and promote learning. With some college education and training in early childhood education, CPR, and first aid, I am well-equipped to care for children aged 0 to 11.
