Hi! My name is Kaydence, and I have over 6 years of childcare experience caring for children of all ages. I come from a big, loving family and have two brothers-one who's a baby and one who's a teenager-so I'm very comfortable balancing different ages, routines, and personalities. In addition to my childcare experience, I've also worked in a pediatric office for the past 2 years, which has given me valuable experience supporting children's health, safety, and overall well-being. This background has helped me become even more attentive, patient, and confident when caring for kids. I truly love creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and feel loved. Caring for children is something that comes very naturally to me, and I always treat every child as if they were my own. *As for pay I discuss with parents & depends on hours so please ignore the 25 an hour.
