About Kaydence

I've been caring for children for over six years, and I've loved every minute of it! My three younger sisters helped me discover my passion for nurturing and caring for little ones. As I grew older, my love for children only grew stronger, and I decided to pursue a career as a childcare provider. I am a patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable person. When it comes to communicating with parents, I prefer verbal communication during pickup and follow their preferred communication method. As for enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and ensuring a consistent and respectful environment for the children.
