Hi!! I'm Kaydance Ann. I recently moved to the Tri-Cities and I'm looking forward to meeting new families! I've been working with kids for a little over four years now, and it's something I truly love. I have experience with all ages, from tiny newborns to busy pre-teens! As well as experience with adhd, autism and anxiety. It is always my first priority to ensure they feel safe and comfortable no matter the situation. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and have my food handlers card as well! I am comfortable with pets, handling food allergens, meal preparation, light housekeeping errands and transportation needs. I'm very organized, compassionate, and flexible. I truly enjoy creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where kids can thrive, and families can have peace of mind. I trusted Kaydnace completely with my kids (I have two kids with severe food allergies and one that is neurodivergent). She is reliable, trustworthy, punctual, caring, kind, engaging, and funny. In addition to babysitting our kids, she would take it upon herself to do extra work, like the dishes, sweeping the floor, etc. We even had her house sit our German Shepard puppy while we were out of town one weekend. Finding someone who you trust to be in your house with your kids and/or pets seems like a daunting task, but I can assure you that Kaydance is the best babysitter for you!
