About Kayci

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. For the past eight years, I've been dedicated to providing comprehensive care, including live-in support, hospice services, and assistance with errands, shopping, and light housekeeping. I'm also experienced in meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and encouraging physical activity. I have some college experience and over six years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and dementia. I'm adept at de-escalating stressful situations and managing confusion or behavioral changes. I prioritize building connections with care recipients by learning about their preferences, earning their trust, and treating them with dignity and respect. I communicate with families through written reports, regular updates via text or phone calls, and according to their preferred method. I am friendly, detail-oriented, hardworking, and patient.
