My background includes a college degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse and extensive experience in respite care, acute care, respitory, personal care, behavorial, and more. I'm also well-versed in dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and handling challenging situations with patience and empathy. I strive to connect with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and always respect their preferred communication methods. I have reliable transportation and I'm comfortable with children and pets.
