About Kay

I've dedicated myself to nurturing newborns, infants, children, and their families with dependable care both as an RN and now a retired person. I enjoy working with new families! I try to positively influence children's lives and work to be a reliable support for parents as well. My approach is patient and calm. I also have experience as a lactation consultant in the past and can assist , if needed, with breastfeeding help and questions, etc.. I follow parents' lead when it comes to household rules and communication preferences. I am comfortable caring for single babies, twins and triplets , from age 0-11 months. I have also had experience as a postpartum doula. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping, errands, and meal preparation. With some college education and many years of experience in the care of infants I am eager to make a difference in your family's life. I look forward to bringing my experience and passion for childcare to your home.
