Kaya came to my home about 20 hours a week to help with our then, 8 week old daughter. Kaya is extremely great at communicating timely and effectively. From our first correspondence, she has always very professional and easy to work with. She is a very kind and patient caregiver, even brought extra books and toys of her own to engage our daughter. She spends hours just talking about anything with our daughter while I am busy working from home. She's great at getting our daughter on a feed/change/play/sleep schedule and was instrumental in our daughter's bassinet training. Kaya is very tuned into age-appropriate activities and developmental milestones. I've even learned a great deal from her. Kaya is also a great help around the house. There hasn't been a time where she doesn't get everything on the list done and more. Kaya has been an incredible extension of myself and my husband. Any family would be lucky to work with her!
