I have hands-on experience with kids of all ages, including helping raise 7 nieces and nephews and working closely with my 5-year-old son who has special needs. I'm also a CNA with 6 years in the ICU, which strengthened my patience, attentiveness, and ability to stay calm. Kaya is an amazing, attentive child care provider who goes above and beyond. She remembers and follows through on how I needed her to help my child, even on small details. Her warm presence and firm, kind boundaries helped my kid feel safe. She is knowledgeable and is very open to meeting my family's needs. Kaya also cleaned up and straightened up around the house when I had not asked her too.
