About Kawthar

**Availability reopens in November** Hi, there! Thank you for your interest in my care. So far, I've helped three families with their babies and toddlers under 3yo. I'd love to meet you and your family and see if we'd be a good fit for each other! I'm very comfortable with caring for babies, keeping young kiddos entertained, and helping the older ones with afterschool activities. I'm looking to become a postpartum doula, so much of my interest and experience has been with newborn to 6mo old babies. I'm BLS and CPR certified by the American Red Cross. While I've grown to embrace my own path and values, being raised in a traditional household taught me a lot about the importance of family and taking care of the home. Being the eldest of five meant that I was a third parent to my siblings quite often! I have very strong cooking and housekeeping skills; I've even graduated with a culinary degree! I'm always happy to help ease the load in the house however I can.
