Making a difference in someone's life is why I became a caregiver. For the past five years, I've been honored to support adults and seniors, helping them maintain their well-being and independence. As a Certified Home Health Aide with CPR and First Aid Training, I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a genuine connection. I communicate regularly with families, using their preferred method, to provide updates and address any concerns. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to connect with those under my care.
