Hello, my name is Katy! I'm fun, goofy, and loving, and I truly enjoy bringing warmth and laughter into the lives of the children I care for. I've been working with kids since I was 14 and have experience supporting different ages and personalities. I love that children are full of joy and constantly learning, and I'm passionate about helping them grow in a safe, encouraging environment. I enjoy planning creative crafts and educational activities that keep kids engaged and excited to learn. My strengths include actively listening, being empathetic to children's feelings, managing routines and schedules, and creating a structured yet fun atmosphere.
