As a mother of five grown children and a childcare professional with over 15 years of experience, I believe caring for young children is both a responsibility and a privilege. I strive to create a calm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported as they grow and explore the world around them. Much of my experience includes caring for infants and newborns. I am skilled in establishing healthy sleep routines, supporting feeding schedules, and helping families create consistent daily rhythms that allow babies to thrive. My philosophy centers on patience, kindness, and encouragement. I believe children learn best through play, exploration, and meaningful interaction. By providing a stable and loving environment while maintaining open communication with parents, I aim to support each child's emotional, social, and developmental growth.
