About Katy

Hi! I'm Katy, and I have over 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I genuinely love being around kids and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported, confident, and free to be themselves. I'm naturally active, creative, and hands-on, so I love finding ways to make our time together fun and engaging-whether that means arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, games, sports, swimming, helping with homework, or coming up with something new to explore. I also understand that every child and family is different, and I'm happy to adapt to your routines, parenting style, and household expectations. I'm CPR/AED certified, have a college degree, and am comfortable caring for children of different ages, from infants through pre-teens. I can also help with transportation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and keeping the day-to-day routine running smoothly. Most importantly, I take the trust involved in caring for someone's children seriously.
