About Katya

An experienced prior dog owner of a special needs dog of 3 years and someone who is deeply passionate about the care of animals. I have experience with both adult dogs and puppies as well as cats. I treat every pet as if it were my own and I understand the anxiety that comes along with entrusting their care to someone else so I provide regular updates and can provide references/share reviews from past pet sitting clients. I am not a professional trainer but have worked with one and have experience with basic obedience and behavior modification training. Have experience administering oral medication. I am very thorough and usually like to do a meet and greet and go through routines with pet parents. The most important aspects of pet care to me is the upkeep of routines your pet is familiar and comfortable with, adequate stimulation and exercise, and adhering to feeding and walking schedules to keep them as happy as possible while you are away.
