Katrina was sub contracted to help me with big cleaning projects. She was hired once a week for 6 weeks and approximately 4 hours each. She stayed until all required tasks were completed and of satisfactory! Some projects came with difficult tasks but she powered through them! I look forward to her assistance in the future!

I had terrible experience with her cleaning, only did upstairs nothing downstairs. No floors were mopped when asked what she used to clean the floors she replied " water and rubbing alcohol " . Didn't even touch the toilets ! I ended up re doing the cleaning at night and I'm 7 months pregnant, that's not what a good cleaner does .

I was looking for someone to scrub and Katrina responded.  She did a great job, even made my old oven shine. I will use her again. The best cleaner I have found in Ithaca.
