About Katrina
Experience: 10 yrs
My name is Katrina . I am a retired teacher of 25 years. I've taught 2, 3, 4, 5, Early Reading Intervention and English as a Second Language. I have a knack for connecting with children and would love to work with your child. I'm good with last minute plans. I would love to meet with you and your child to make plans. I have a BA is Elementary Education and a MA in Curriculum and Instruction. I have obtained many awards during my teaching years. I retired May, 2025. I'd describe my personality as fun, energetic and patient. I like tutoring because it gives me an opportunity to do what I like best. I love taking care of/seeing children grow. I'm looking for a job where I can help kids learn and feel cared for. I love to read, travel, spend time with my animals and work in my yard. One thing you should know about me is that I'm calm, patient and caring. My skills include patience, clear communication with lots of encouragement, and dependable.
