I have over three years of experience as a respite care worker supporting children with autism. Throughout my experience, I have developed strong skills in fostering community involvement, building meaningful connections, supporting emotional regulation, and creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment for each child. I have worked with children of all ages and adults up to 40 years old. I enjoy adapting my approach to meet each clients unique strengths and needs. I have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and am comfortable driving children to appointments, activities, school, or other destinations as needed. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Family Studies and am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work, further strengthening my knowledge and commitment to supporting children and families.
