I am an experienced nanny with excellent references in the area. I am professionally trained as an art therapist with additional training & experience with play therapy. I love art, the outdoors, playing, being active & helping out around the house! I began babysitting at an early age. In high school I worked at a preschool for four years in an extended day after school program. During high school I also cared for one family that I have watched grow up; I still am close with this family. In internships in the counseling field I have worked with & am comfortable working with children with behavioral, emotional and/or developmental disabilities. I have a strong passion for working with & caring for children of all capabilities. I have worked full-time as a nanny in Back Bay taking care of preschool aged children. Katrina is a fantastic babysitter, my two girls (ages 6 years and 3 years old) adore her. She is always early which is a lifesaver for me since I tend to be running late and appreciate the extra set of hands. She does a great job engaging my girls in a variety of play activities. She manages my routine well - gets them to eat, clean up, my older daughter to do her homework, and to bed on time. Katrina is very thoughtful of my girls, she sends them cards at different holidays and their birthdays which they love - so fun to get a sweet card & stickers in the mail from a special babysitter. Overall, I highly recommend Katrina, I totally trust her with my kids and they have a blast when she comes to watch them, she is awesome!
