Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me as a caregiver. For the past 20+ years, I've been honored to support adults and seniors in maintaining their well-being and independence. I was a Certified Nursing Assistant with additional training in CPR and First Aid. I have nursing school experience . My experience includes respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and providing mobility assistance. I'm also skilled in dementia care, medical management, and can de-escalate stressful situations.
