Hi families! I'm Kat, an experienced early childhood educator with 10+ years in childcare, including 2 years as an Assistant Director. I live in Morris County with my husband and our 8-month-old daughter. I specialize in infant and toddler care and creating calm, structured routines that support healthy development. I'm currently seeking a nanny position where I can bring my daughter, ideally with a family whose child is around a similar age. I'm very intentional about providing safe, attentive, and balanced care for both children while maintaining a consistent daily routine.
