Hi! I'm Katrece. Serving others has always been at the heart of who I am. As a certified yoga teacher, I've learned the value of patience, compassion, and being fully present. I believe every senior deserves to feel respected, safe, and genuinely cared for. I provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, and assistance with daily routines. My experience supporting individuals with special needs has strengthened my ability to adapt to each person's unique needs with empathy and professionalism. I am certified in Mental Health First Aid and QPR Suicide Prevention. Whether it's sharing a conversation, taking a walk, or simply being a comforting presence, I strive to bring peace, dignity, and joy to every person I care for.
