About Katiusca

I have diverse caregiving experience across different settings. I worked in a home with three teens with developmental disabilities, assisting them with daily living skills and encouraging independence. In a long-term care facility, I supported residents with personal care, ADLs, and a safe, clean environment. I also worked in youth group homes with teens, where I provided trauma-informed care, helped with housekeeping, and led activities to keep them engaged and productive. Through these roles, I've developed patience, adaptability, and strong skills in supporting individuals with a wide range of needs. I also have a child of my own and can understand from a mother's perspective how important it is to keep your child happy and safe.
