Bringing joy and comfort to people is my calling. My passion for supporting seniors' well-being led me to senior care. It's been on my heart and now I have the flexibility at home to reach out and help where I can. I do not have any nursing experience but I was a pharmacy technician for 15 years so I'm familiar with medications and I love to cook so I'm happy to prepare meals, shop and visit. I'll also clean change sheets etc. I am compassionate and friendly. I follow the family's preferred communication method to discuss their loved one's well-being. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention. I have also learned to adapt to confusion and behavioral changes. I provide transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. Building trust through kindness and active listening is important to me. I hope to bring some joy to the lives of those I meet every day
