About Katie

For over 14 years, I've been working with kids as a volunteer, part-time nanny, and occasional babysitter. As a caregiver, I'm patient, creative, and loving. I love playing imaginative games, going on outdoor adventures, and reading with kids. I'm very comfortable enforcing any rules with gentle and clear positive-reinforcement. If you like regular updates, I'm an expert at capturing action-shots during our adventures to send updates throughout the day. I'm experienced with children from newborn to preteen. I hold CPR Training and have completed Early Child Development Coursework as part of my psychology and counseling education. I can help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am currently a graduate student looking for part-time work that feels fun and meaningful.
