About Katie

24 years old. I have two sons ages four and five. I have worked in childcare for roughly 5 years. I am a very eccentric and driven individual. I love helping little ones discover their personalities and gain independence. Some areas I care deeply for are emotional regulation, music, and art. I have a strong passion for working with children, as they are the future. I'd describe my personality as curious, resilient, and creative. I like working with kids because it is such a blessing to watch them view the world through fresh eyes and pure perspective. I'm looking for a job that is as flexible as I am, and recognizes my demands as a mom first. I am also looking for families who view those of us that do this job also as family. In my spare time, I like to make clothes, be artistic, and take my sons to do fun activities. One thing you should know about me is I am a person of faith and I do let that pour into my caretaking.
