About Katie

I'm passionate about caring for children of all abilities and ages! I've gained valuable hands-on experience working with special needs children through my high school programs and at my church, where I've also loved helping in the nursery with little ones. On top of that, I've babysat for several families, comfortably looking after babies as young as 8 months all the way up to 12-year-olds. I enjoy creating fun environments and building trusting connections with kids and parents! I am originally from Arizona, but I am currently a sophomore studying Kinesiology at Westmont College! I really enjoy living in Santa Barbara and my goal is to eventually become a Physical Therapist! Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I have many classes but I am still very flexible and definitely open on the weekends as well as later afternoon in the weekdays! I do have a mode of transportation and I am more than happy to drive further distances if needed!
