About Katie

Hi, my name is Katie! I am a 21-year-old from Westford, Massachusetts and I have had a love for working with children since I got my first job as a swim teacher at 14. I have worked with a large range of age groups, but have found my time working with 1. 5-3-year-olds the most rewarding. I have one year of early childhood education classes under my belt from Endicott College, which was unfortunately not the right school for me. I would love to continue my education virtually and part time while I work with a family! Some of my favorite pastimes include crafting (specifically crochet and bracelet making), reading, and going outside in nature. Over my 7 years of working with children, I have built up skills in order to help with emotional management and communication. I also have experience with all stages of bathroom training, including changing diapers. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
