About Katie

I am comfortable with almost all animals and have been around all sorts of creatures since I was very young. I volunteered and worked for five years at a humane society which sheltered cats and dogs in need of a forever home. At the humane society, I was responsible for the socialization, feeding, cleaning, exercize and well-being supervision for the dog's awaiting adoption. For the cats awaiting adoption, I aided in the cleaning, feeding, and socialization as well. I also aided in bathing, administration of medicine and general grooming for both dogs and cats. Following that, I worked at a doggie daycare for two years. I was responsible for the supervision for upwards of 15 dogs at a time, as well as cleaning, feeding, exercize and overnights. I cannot board dogs, as I have two very skittish cats myself, but I am available for overnight care/sitting. I can provide baths and administer medicine as needed.
