About Katie

Hi, my name is Katie. I have experience in managing households with children ages 3 months-17 years old. However, I specialize in working with infants and toddlers, with excellent references to back that up. I have also taught preschool. Throughout my career, I've gained education in early childhood development, enabling me with knowledge of developmental milestones and appropriate playtime activities for infants and toddlers. I am also CPR and First-Aid trained. I have a Journalism degree from Mizzou and am pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing at Lindenwood University. I plan to use those degrees to continue my freelance writing, which wouldn't interfere. This makes me a well-educated and interesting candidate, who could also be an English tutor. My program is online and the work can be done anytime. So classes and would not interfere with the schedule. I have a reliable car. I love animals. I am also Covid vaxed and get a yearly flu shot.
