About Katie
Experience: 10 yrs
Hi, my name is Katie and I'm a caring, understanding, and fun person who believes children of all ages and abilities deserve the best childhood has to offer. I have 17 years of experience in childcare including full/part-time nannying, daycare, one time and reacurring babysitting, teaching middle school physical edication, and directing youth and teen circus programming. My former job as the Director of Youth & Teen Programming at a circus school has provided me with 8 years of opportunities to further my understanding of each age group's developmental progressions, communicate effectively with both young people and their parent/guardian, and adjust plans on the spot to meet the needs of those I'm working with. From playtime time to mealtimes, I am happy to take on any and all childcare responsibilities. I am reliable, responsible, and organized. CPR and First Aid certified
