I absolutely love working with individuals who have disabilities it is one of my many passions. I am flexible and able to adapt to change; I'm able to work in a confined schedule based on consumer needs. e able to gather, collate, and classify information about data, people, or events; develop good. I have coordinated with children, youth and their relatives. Tackled social, emotional and behavioral needs of the young person. Developed special plan for different individuals and worked on achieving specific goals. Coordinated individually with each family member at their home.
