I have tutored, taught, nannied, and volunteered with all ages! I currently work as a tutor and administrator for a tutoring service. In the past, I taught preschool-4th grade in public and private schools. I graduated from UNI in 2011 with a degree in Elementary Education and a Reading endorsement. In the spring of 2024 I completed a 60-hour training on structured literacy. I have been tutoring a student in middle school using Wilson Reading System, a program based on Orton Gillingham. I plan to begin my Wilson Level 1 Certification in the Fall of 2025. I really enjoy helping kids, especially with reading, writing, and spelling!
