About Katie

Hi! My name is Katie, and I am a College student. I have over seven years of childcare experience working with children of various ages through babysitting, summer camps, and volunteer programs. I have served as a camp counselor for both Special Olympics Alaska and a Japanese immersion camp, where I developed skills in creating fun, safe, and engaging environments for children. I am dependable, patient, and active, and I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing games, helping with homework, and finding creative activities to keep kids entertained. My goal is always to make sure children feel safe, supported, and have a great time while in my care. I would love the opportunity to help your family and am happy to discuss your childcare needs!
