Katie has such a kind and compassionate heart. She always went out of her way to engage with my husband taking him outside and watching the Cubs with him! She made sure he was kept clean and well fed. We always looked forward to her coming to help us out! She is knowledgeable and has good experience. Very good with dementia patients. Honest and reliable.
