About Katie

I was a nanny and a preschool teacher for most of my career. I had the privilege of living with for my granny for two years. I like caring for seniors because the same reason I like hanging out with kids or anyone else. They're humans. I want to help people enjoy whatever stage of live they are in. I'm looking for a job that I enjoy the people I work with and they enjoy me. I started caring for seniors when my granny asked me to move in with her because she was having some health issues and didn't feel as confident living alone. In my spare time, love art, music and entertainment. I also love DIY projects. One thing you should know about me is I genuinely love people and want to be helpful. I have made it one of my life's goals to give a care. It's not always easy but it's better than giving up and being negative. I won't accept a position that I can't do. I will tell you the truth even when it's uncomfortable. I will care for people because it's who I am and not a job.
