About Katie

I have a calm and patient demeanor, that coupled with my creativity and approachability, creates a nurturing environment for children to thrive. I love watching them explore and learn about our world. From board games and puzzles to outdoor exploration and imaginative play, I enjoy a variety of activities that stimulate children's minds. I keep a child's day structured but explorative, and try to include learning while playing as often as possible I have 20 years of experience with my own 3 children, and 7 years with littles outside my own, and am comfortable caring for all stages. I can help with cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. First Aid and CPR certified, and will keep it current. I usually keep a daily log for the families and ensure open communication at all times. I myself love baking, reading, photography and a good Disney movie.
