About Katie

Hi, I'm Katie! I've spent the majority of my teens and adult life caring for children of all ages with varying degrees of needs. My most significant amount of experience has been working with and caring for social needs children, though. While the majority of my professional career has been spent working in education, I have a great deal of experience nurturing and caring for children outside of the academic setting. Currently I am leading a pod of 5 elementary age students and love spending time with them! My current position ends in June and I'm looking to connect with families who may be in need of my assistance. I love art projects, making music, and being outside! One of my greatest strengths is building relationships and I love helping kids to develop their skills and grow into themselves!
