About Katie

I have been an animal lover since I could crawl and followed the family dog out the doggy door. My passion has grown each year and I enjoy helping animals and their owners everyday. My family shares my passion and together we have rescued and fostered. My family consists of two human kids along with 3 dogs and 5 cats. We've also been blessed to care for and love many more dogs (of all sizes and various health problems) and cats, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pig, rats, mice, hamsters, birds, reptiles, craw-fish and multiple freshwater fish tanks. I started taking care of others pets when I was 12, tending for neighbors and family members. I enjoy meeting new people and being able to help them care for their pets when they're not able to be there. I also have over 20 years of experience in dog day care, veterinarian technicians assistant, basic grooming techniques (I groom all of my own babies), and basic positive dog training. Pets are my passion, they truly make our lives whole.
