About Katie

I have a genuine love for working with children and bring years of experience supporting kids of all ages! I hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's degree in School Counseling. I spent two years working as a middle school counselor with 7th and 8th graders, followed by four years as an elementary school counselor (utk- 5th grade). Through these roles, I've gained extensive experience working with children of different ages, personalities, and developmental needs. In addition to my professional experience, I spent the past year babysitting three children for a family from my school. I'm patient, dependable, nurturing, and genuinely enjoy connecting with kids. I believe in creating a safe, positive, and fun environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. Whether we're playing games, getting creative, working on homework, or simply enjoying time together, I love helping kids learn, grow, and have fun!
