About Katie

Hi there! I am a Graduate student in the field of clinical mental health counseling who has always loved working with youth and families. I have been babysitting since I was 8 years old and have spent my entire life around children. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, calming, and gentle. I enjoy working with kids because they make the world a brighter, better place. They are experiencing so many things for the first time and I personally find it to be a privilege to participant in those experiences with them. In my spare time, I like to be doing anything outdoors, but more specifically walking along the waterfront. I also thoroughly enjoy crafting and spend a lot of my spare time knitting, crocheting, and reading books. I love gardening and growing plants and per my loved ones I am a incredible baker!
